I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with exceptional service from Ksenia and her team, who went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the variety of traditional dishes. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, making me feel comfortable and safe. On the downside, while the entertainment options were enjoyable, they could improve the variety a bit more in the evenings.
